        I know how to do that move, and she’s using an unnecessary amount of exertion. Bending her knees and lowering her center of gravity would make it much, much easier.

        Both martial arts has not long history. It’s about 100±years. But various forms of martial arts including Jujutsu others had been there and they are it’s background.
