        I read through all of "I Am a Hero" and the ending was very disappointing. Not saying that made the whole manga bad, but I guess this is my warning to those who want to read it through.

        I kinda liked the ending. It's some sort of slice of life in this post-apocalyptic world the same way the beggining of the manga was.

        It wasn’t bad in terms of where people ended up for me I just felt it was a bit rushed and also I wanted to know a bit more about the people on different continents that they occasionally cut to. It was mainly just development issues for me

        That's the problem with thoses endings, indeed. I got the same with the end of Gantz : you got something incredible as "end of the huge deal", and you're dying to know how the world evolved after this, but no : there is an ending, but no epilogue.

        I never actually finished Gantz I enjoyed it but I think I got about half way through the Osaka arc. Might have to revisit it just to see the ending

        The live action film is amazing. Sadly I dont think there are any streaming services out there carrying it. Funimation has an inexpensive bluray.
