So that's how they can see. Wow they're skulls are almost human.

Because they are born with the DNA of their hosts, which tend to be humans. A Predator alien would have different anatomy.

To be fair on the clip, it's been slowed down a fair bit (Iirc), which makes it more "doggy" and less "xenomorph".
