Yeah, I think like 17 people have already died this year. People are trying to make a rule that only allows experienced climbers climb it now cause most of the people that die are too new to it

And they have to wait in line there so they can't make the whole climb. Increases fatigue and oxygen use.

Its actually inexperienced climbers and that fact that the tourism board hands out too many permits to climb so they can make money. Most people wanna make it to the summit and take a selfie. they fail to realize u still need to make it it back down.Most die of altitude sickness

That traffic jam killed 11. Historically, climbing has been a ‘man vs nature’ sport. Everest has become a ‘man vs man’ summit. Climbing was never suppose to be that way.
