That's the Alien Queen from the Alien vs Predator movie (2004) using a crane to suport the animatronix half body... Alien Queen in Aliens (1986) was massive body with puppeteers inside.

Still using an animatronic and practical effects in the mid 2000s is something you can appreciate though.

Amazing image... but it’s actually from AVP. The chains hanging from the Queen are the main give away.
