Every since I've watched Prometheus and Secret Life of Walter Mitty I've wanted to visit. It's such a strange alien like place. Might actually have an opportunity to do so soon.

Went to Iceland this winter - absolutely breathtakingly beautiful! We brought a drone along on the trip, but most “tourist-type” scenic stops had NO DRONES ALLOWED signs posted. Kinda too bad, but we still saw amazing nature. Highly recommend.

U all know the Vikings discovered Iceland & Greenland, and that they named the godforsaken, frozen island Greenland and the surprisingly nice island Iceland just to throw the world off so that people wouldn't try to come to the nice island that they wanted to keep for themselves.
