when you encounter these guys, they are ferocious-looking. I’ve met a couple while I was scuba-diving and they were impressive.

I caught one of these on a hand-line during the food fishery a couple of years ago! It was intense!!

I’ve only ever seen them while diving. They are the #1 reason why I don’t stick my hand into any dark underwater crevices.

They have a powerful bite and won't let go when they do.

I’ve heard stories of fishermen who have lost parts of fingers and thumbs to them.

It was just my Father and I in the boat together and he didn’t lose any time cutting the line lure and all and getting it overboard ASAP for that very reason! Didn’t even take time for a pic.
