I met Sir Christopher Lee and his wife at the library where I worked. They were here in New Mexico for a film he was shooting. She was thrilled because she found an old movie of his on DVD and it was free to check out! They were so cute it made my day!

Yeah. I wonder how much this has been studied, and how well it is understood, these Renaissance periods followed by Dark Ages periods. It's like a beam from the sky presses down on everybody and creativity is retarded. I don't get it.
