Canary islands are in africa.
-
I think they just mean they are a Spanish territory
-
It really is africa though, they are on the outermost regions list of the EU and all. People from there like that fact to be acknowledge.
-
The Canary Islands are spanish and the majority of its population feels spanish.
-
“Spanish” in this sense is not geographical term. I’m pretty sure that people from Ceuta and Melilla feel spanish aswell the same way people from Gibraltar feel british without living in the british islands

-
The population in Ceuta and Melilla also feels spanish. I assure

-
But they live in africa, the same way that a museum in the canary islands is not in europe. It really isn’t that complicated, just look a map.
-
Geographically yes, of course.

They should make one of the migrants who drowned trying to cross the continent.
-
