Coming from accounts which don’t credit anything. That’s a laugh 😂

I don't really post anything. And I haven't criticized you except to ask one question. Your answer of BS didn't clarify anything for me.

Truly I'm not. But I used to be a publisher so the question is a meaningful one for me.

I agree I see these and look them up I could care less where the single photo is from plus this account isn’t claiming ownership.

          1. They could have given that answer but did not. Why not? 2. If I posted their short stories online and profited from it they would definitely feel differently.

honestly, who cares??? I don’t think NatGeo cares if a twitter somewhere borrows an image for a post, even if it does belong to them. Not to mention, 41strange typically credits/links artists on art. This isn’t a formal publication, where citation is dictated.

This is a really old well established standard: cite it or you stole it.

that you are becoming this worked up over a tweet, a brief and ultimately meaningless blurb on a social media site, is really something else. Mayhaps it is a “stolen” image, but it is not being used in a way that takes profits or photography credit away from another source.

I'm not really"worked up" I just continue to restate a fact that it has long been a journalistic and litterary standard to cite anything you use that you didn't create. I know it's now common practice to steal. It's still stealing.
