When I first read about this I thought it was a very lovley tribute. The inclusion of fallen cosmonauts was very touching as well

Good thing the plaque is there. Some future astronaut might’ve found it and though of little alien kids forgetting to pick up toys. I actually hope the astronauts that went to the moon left a beer can up there somewhere.

Grissom, White, and Chaffee died just a couple of days before I was born. Sadly, I knew nothing about the Apollo 1 fire until fairly recently.
