Lucifer Morningstar doesn't directly appear in the Bible and is just the personification of the planet Venus (Isaiah) and later became an angel who was cast down from heaven and became Satan who resided in Hell (Revelations)...

The modern interpretation of Lucifer however comes from Paradise Lost by John Milton where he appears as a sexy badboy with a penchant for mischief and is the snake who convinces Eve to eat the apple thus leading to humanity being expelled from Paradise. Also daddy issues.
