It really bothers me that you can tell from the colors of the honey pot that it's going to move but it doesn't during this gif and I hate it.

You're right, but if that pot wasn't going to move, I feel like only the honey would be that brightly colored, not the whole pot. The moving honey could be all, but it still screws with me.

I think the dark background is seperate from the image of the pot/Winnie. So if you needed the pot anywhere, even not in motion, it would have to be added in and you'd notice the contrast because the pot isn't part of the same image as the background. Layering?
