I'm brazilian trying to figure out what how this could be interpreted, for i suppose it doesnt mean literally only the action dedcribed by the words, but something deeper maybe

I apologise if this doesn’t make much sense... but in simple terms it’s just a nice phrase that suggests someone who used to be good but has turned evil, possibly because of bad experiences. (I wish I spoke Portuguese so I could explain it more clearly!)

To put it in one word, it seems like it could be a way to represent the feeling of 'frustration'. There's a verse from a rap crew here that says: 'frustration is a villain-making machine' (in portuguese it rhymes
