I think Jimi would have loved this. He was such a huge science fiction nerd.

I did not know that, but I assumed he would've loved it anyway, cuz it's so great.

Oh yeah, big time. I love Moebius's art too. The stories, not so much, but that's just me. But yeah, in a way science fiction is a key to his music. He's always launching into space and making, um, space sounds. Yeah, lets call it space sounds.

I really enjoyed The Airtight Garage.

I missed that. Thanks. I'll check it out. Back in the day, if I ever managed to get my hands on a Heavy Metal magazine, there was usually at least one thing that would blow my little growing mind.

To be fair, as a story it's pretty opaque. But it was perfect for the visual opportunities it gave him.
