        Still so stunning. It's also kinda hilarious how blatantly Maria's design is cribbed in so many things since. SCORPIO from Old Republic, Platinum in some DC depictions, and even C3P0 himself take much from her.

        One of my favourite films. I recently saw Lang's "Die Nibelungen" for the first time. It is extraordinary. The screenplay for both was by his partner, Thea von Harbou.
