How has this not been a location on Doctor Who?

I was just thinking this. It would be an excellent scenario of "where TARDISes go in timelines where the Doctor fails" or an aberration dimension between universes. Like perhaps an entity that's done things to alt universe Doctors has this, and our Doctor stops them.

Imagine going there and them all suddenly just ringing. If you set up a bunch of little speakers and did it yourself, it'd be a great prank

Not all of them. Just one out of hundreds, and you’re trapped in a labyrinth of phone boxes trying to find it.

I feel like there should be a holiday associated with this place, like once a year everyone records messages to their deceased love ones in these. One last phone call.

So you must see "La cabina", a spaniard film that narrates the progressive anguish of a man who is trapped in a telephone booth. The film becomes little by little a situation so disturbing and terrifying that it causes in the man a desperation and an anguish without limits.pic.twitter.com/VDBAnG6zqi

Someone should repurpose them as frontdoor entryways for homes. They're so cool and have a great history to them.
