What does that have to do with this clock? It's an inside joke/reference to something?
It's a warning. This is a very popular place for thieves. When the bell rings and the clock moves everybody looks up in fascination not paying attention to one's belongings.


Oh I see. That totally makes sense and is a good thing to point out. I was just thinking of the photo of it and not of how people will actually go and visit this (it that makes sense).
