The only line I came up with was, "All those moments will be lost in time like tears in rain." - Rutger Hauer, Blade Runnerpic.twitter.com/9GD4glExT9

Not really improvisation. He planned to say it before shooting the scene (he didn;t tell Ridley though, from what I can remember). Improvisation is doing something in the moment. It's the opposite of planning.

Didn't know that. Still, liquid nitrogen levels of cool.

Yeah. I've also heard that when a little smirk appears on his face, after he says this line, he actually smiles to Ridley Scott. Also most of the crew allegedly started crying while he was saying the monologue. So there's a load of fun facts for ya.

Thats odd I heard an interview where Scott said Hauer and he basically cobbled it together from the script, which Hauer didnt like, so he and Scott came up with the speech together in Hauers trailer just before the shoot, with Hauer contributing most of the lines. Utter classic

Never ceases to raise a small man moment type tear with me that speech, and its that last line thats the killer. Such a beautiful analogy, and at the same time a heartbreaking one as well.
