I don't think that vampires would die in the moonlight, bc humans don't get sunburn in the moonlight. Even ppl with xeroderma pigmentosum can go into the moonlight.

Good question. Never thought much about werewolfs. xD Vampires depends on the lore. There many different versions. F.e. in some they are humans with a disease (I'm Legend, Ultra Violet), and in some they are dead humans (many sagas and legends).

And in the old legends they don't die bc of sunlight. Sunlight only takes the powers away and hurts.

Yeah, no. Blood doesn't have enough nutrients to sustain a fully-grown organism like a man-sized vampire--just like sunlight vs moonlight, it's not about the plasma, it's about the poetry.
