  Have you ever heard of a king cake? A New Orleans tradition, sort of coffee cake with a... plastic baby buried in it. Been around for a very long time. Supposed to be lucky if you get the piece of cake with the baby.

  Maybe a similar case but no coffins involved...tiny baby Jesus figures are placed in the dough of the “rosca de reyes” cake, traditionally served on January 6th, the Three Wise Men Day. In the past, the figures were made of porcelain, nowadays, plastic.
