The real monsters in Iceland are the whalers, and those that allow/support them.
Evolve already, you Neanderthals.

Call them Cro Magnons ‘cause that’s what Humans are. The Neanderthals were actually spiritual, buried their dead, and made us stronger by mating w/us. We killed them off; our only parallel species, in 30,000 yrs. Humans have been and always will be the true monsters.
-
. True that!

Check out The Neanderthal’s Necklace, In Search of the First Thinkers by Juan Luis Arsuaga. It’s a great book that reads like a novel written by a PaleoAnthropologist
-
. Thanks.
I will do that.
It's an interesting topic, more being learned about them every day. -
It’s a great book.

You call them sea monsters but I think they're just misunderstood.

I feel like whoever made these stopped trying after the third one. The last one is just a ROUS.
-
whoever? i presume old, vengeful gods who i never'd dare to call lazy.
-
I guess it’s a gamble. If they truly are lazy, they won’t be arsed about a minor insult
-
if we get torn apart by creatures very, very vaguely looking like unusually large rodents that will be on you.
