I used to get sleep paralysis and other problems a lot, to the point that I became somewhat phobic of sleeping alone in case I couldn't wake up. I still get it occasionally. It's like augmented reality, but it sure wasn't Pokemon.

Pokemon becomes horrible when you think about it. Capturing animals in tiny balls to make them fight to the brink of death for amusement. And when you see characters eating burgers, what's it made from? Pokeburger for sure.

I usually had some dark figures wandering around in my room quietly, or something peeking up by the end of my bed, grabbing at my feet. Couldn't move, only silently scream until I finally could snap out of it.
