Progressive values as preached in SF are performative, not consummated. Where is this “mass incarceration” in San Francisco, or San Leandro, for that matter? Convictions & incarceration isn’t done “en masse”. SF has closed one jail and halved inmate pop. - and that was by April.

SF County level populations were reduced to slow the spread of covid. CA as a a state still has a lot of people locked up.
