(1) The Natural Reduction in Deaths 'Not By Natural Causes' During the Lockdown Florida 1st reacted on 3/9 and issued restrictions on 3/17. (3) The best way to deal with this is to omit deaths, not of natural causes from the Excess Death calculations, and base them solely on Natural Causes. I have recommended this to the CDC Dataset owner, but it has not been implemented.
