Let me tell you: no matter how "inflexible" it may seem, it is a tremendous load off my mind to know that I can always find the bus at the same stop at the same time heading to the same destination

"Flexibility" also means: -- easier to add stops which increase run times/cause delays -- easier to reduce service during budget crunches -- easier to use the same coach on multiple routes so it's impossible to provide useful customer information
