Where in God's name did the notion that drug addicts operate in perfect isolation come from, exactly? My money's on "other drug addicts"

I think that public disorderly intoxication is not great but there's nothing wrong w a couple of giggly stoners eating too much at Local burger

Once it gets to the point where ones intoxication begins to negatively affect others that is where there are problems.

My take re: most drugs that are not chemically addictive is that they should be available for purchase 1) to ppl 21+ only 2) w the understanding that you cannot operate a vehicle under the influence and if you do there is a srs penalty 3)regulated&taxed appropriately

Weirdly, I'm actually more libertarian in this case--legalize all drugs, age limit 18...the drug addicts that annoy me the most are alcoholics and heroin addicts, one is very legal and the other very much isn't.

i am just really not fond of the idea of someone nodding while in their ford fiesta on the highway. but yes, drunkards can be very frustrating
