What does Mr Burge want, exactly? A flooded labor pool for STEM so that wages crash there? A labor pool that refuses to do food service unless it pays $25 an hour?

One of the great things about working at places like Starbucks is that people who aren't passionate about something lucrative can use a job like that to pay their bills while chasing their passion the rest of the time. You know...a day job.
