yes it's Toshiba's fault that her one daughter died young and her other daughter never visits, also this case is typical of the elderly in Japan and definitely not an anecdote being portrayed as normal to a gullible US audience
if there were no country in the world with a better transportation system than the USA, then ipso facto I would have to acknowledge that the USA's system is the best But as it happens, plenty of countries do better than we do, and among them, Japan does best (then Switzerland)
