My perception is the opposite, constantly hear about superiority of European/Canadian society on every level. Large segment of population has inferiority complex.

you do hear this a lot in the Northeast, but even here, there's a Eurohater for every booster (maybe bc rural western MA instead of NYC)

Importantly this is the orthodoxy of the "cultural establishment", I.e. the garment industry, the news media, the entertainment industry, etc.

Most of my friends generally deride Western Europe and Canada as "pussies" or "fags" so I'm not really talking about myself, but people I know who subscribe to Euro/Canadian superiority are mostly Netflix watching college people irrespective of geography.
