who wants to bet this is justified by management as a way to stop bums from getting ppl to buy tickets for them? if so, it's an utterly impotent deterrent, as everyone who has ever been on one of their horrible buses knows

And, even though you buy your ticket ahead of time, they make you show-up an hour+ early in their crummy stations, to keep your seat.
