Also, you'll forgive me for not being too hyped over 100% on-time ratings when the definition of "on-time" means "no more than 5 minutes late." You shouldn't be more than 30 seconds late! Get it together!

I can think of a few plausible excuses (safety related, ticket related, etc) but nothing that's really justified
