I'm pretty sure the Bronx is closer to Manhattan by any metric, two hundred thousand commute daily, only 136000 use JFK daily, bad analogy

it's not comparing to air travel man...it's comparing to internet connectivity. how many ppl interact w manhattanites online daily?
-
I don't know, but if you included phones I'm pretty sure it would be more
-
put it a different way then: if ur in the Bronx and u want to talk to someone in Manhattan, what's fast: calling them, or going there?
-
Well it would be calling anywhere in the world farther than a hundred feet, right?
-
yes which is the point of OP; wires collapse distances
-
But I'm almost positive more telephone traffic goes between Manhattan and the Bronx than Manhattan and London, plus it's less expensive
-
ur being pedantic here...OP coulda phrased better but seems obvious it meant NYC closer to London virtually than to Bronx physically
