The fastest services, skipping most stations, can have the most forgiving acceleration, in exchange for the highest top speeds.
I would say frequent stops between Boston and Framingham, fairly frequent as far as Worcester (maybe a little further)...

hmm. I was thinking just Framingham & Worcester as MBTA rail already covers that, maybe a Newton stop?

Ohh I'm talking about stops on the corridor--not which of those stops would be served by the fastest train to run it

The fastest train should just run Springfield -> Worcester -> Framingham -> Boston

Biggest need for this corridor is full rebuild of Auburndale <-> Boston portion, which would be very difficult bc of the Pike
