What country has a higher % of shared streets? Or a better transit network?

The shared streets some drivers gun it through? Yeah, that's awesome for pedestrians. And transit system miles behind on accessibility...
-
TIL bad drivers don't exist in other countries (and what are you talking about? drivers like that are rare in Japan in my experience)
-
The transit system is no less accessible to wheelchairs than the rest of the country is, but that's unrelated to walkability
-
But hey, if you think it's great for pedestrians, your prerogative, keep on thinking that
-
It was pretty great for me, a pedestrian, to be able to explore the country from one end to another on foot
-
And I haven't yet visited a part of the world which made this easier than Japan does
-
Which is why I asked in the first place what countries are doing it better: I'm genuinely curious
