Europe, probably, but I think he's overstating this

Obviously most streets in Japan have few to no cars, but it's easy to miss if you're going to a few common tourist destinations

The thing about no places to sit is true, though

that's what cafes, bookstores, etc, are for...parks too for that matter. but weird to say it's not walkable bc there aren't places to *sit*

if you're driving around in a city which doesn't have any (or very much) free parking, 95% of spaces require payment--is it not drivable?
