I remember thinking PVTA's fares were quite low when I did some research on the agency.

They haven't been raised in about a decade (last time was when I was entering college, from $1 to $1.25)

It's more or less guaranteed that we won't raise fares above $1.50 at this time, because it's coming at the same time as heavy service cuts
