We get the drivers here but they stay in their buses mostly--who's supervising, or cleaning, or providing customer service here? Nobody ofc

The various offices and garages which operate transit here are rarely near major terminals like this one. Some aren't even on bus routes.

To be sure, Pulaski Park is the city's problem, not transit owned, and the city can't/won't keep up with the abuse of it

yes--the renovation was very nice, and it's not bad every morning. But the lag between a mess being made & being cleaned can be pretty long
