Agree on wide streets, but how wd you capture that space, except by massive demolition & rebuilding? Skinny bldgs? Extend existing bldgs?

With small scale demolition & construction over a long timeframe. Skinny buildings are good too, making existing building larger not so much

Hard with approvals processes that heavily favour large developers & large projects. Fixing that is key, IMO.

Absolutely--this is one consequence of overregulation...only large developers can account for all of it
