...reassign office staff to the various stations on your system--expand their work duties to include cleaning and simple maintenance

When I used to work in a grocery store, we had 1 cleaning person on staff at any given time of day--95% of cleaning handled by departments

No deli clerk or grocery stocker would bitch about having to clean their aisles or counters--the cleaning person only handled the remainder
