u sin dozens of times a week how is that possible
-
You can confess multiple sins in a single confession, just don't leave any out or wait too long to do so (lest you get hit by a car, etc)

Around age 15 you're ready to formally enter the Church as an adult--this is your Confirmation.
-
If you're an adult converting to Catholicism, you do RCIA (Rite of Christian Initiation for Adults) and get all four in quick succession
-
The next two sacraments aren't for everyone, and you can't do both of them unless you're a non-Latin rite: Marriage and Ordination
-
In the Latin Rite (which I follow), you can *either* marry *or* join the clergy, but not both. You could also skip both.
-
The last sacrament is the Anointing of the Sick, for those who are ill or close to death b/c of age.
