some do, usually specialty trains--food carts are much more common, bar cars somewhat more common
food *cart,* as in a little trolley they push through the train which you can buy snacks and drinks from
they usually serve food too--they are distinct from dining cars tho in that you they have the bar in the same car...
...that is, a dining car is one strictly for eating--only tables and seats, no kitchen or counter
