Tokyo is nicer bc stringent cleanliness laws&good pub. transport. Not many parks matter less bc of this. But dirty cities need them

sure; there are large parks like Hyde Park in Tokyo too (Yoyogi Park, Imperial Palace, Ueno Park), but small ones make it work
