2. Articulated buses and BRT are overhyped, if you really need that kind of capacity you're better off with trains (tires optional tho)

3. Electric buses are a meme, they don't make any difference from the passengers' perspective and cost way more than normal buses

4. If you want to reduce exposure to pollution at bus stops your best bet is to try and increase frequency (ie, minimize waiting time)

Overall: the kind of transit service you're providing (span, freq, etc) is more important than the tech you use to do so
