T didn't cause those problems, T can't fix them--but for a start I recommend a Duterte-style drug policy
Basic realism in 'kwa requires us to see: value of suburban life proportional to difficulty of access for undesirables.
obv, but you can't seriously think that this game of keep-away can last forever--already, old suburbs are declining
either we get along w undesirables or kick em out, but it's ridiculous to put so much effort into "out of sight, out of mind"
