you could use this information to justify: - expanding parking at subway stations, or - expanding frequency on commuter rail guess which would be more useful to more people?

99% full at 9:30 am sounds like all commuters got a space; rush hour is about done. But is Alewife for people who are visiting the city and don’t live near a commuter rail station?
