At least with provinces that have names that can be written in kanji, it's as easy as finding the Japanese reading for those kanji--for places with other names (sufficiently far north, for instance, or any Pacific islands) it's another story

It doesn't appear (at first glance, at least) that the South Pacific Mandate got any Japanese names (well, except "Nanyo" but that covers 4 different provinces in EU4, including most of the Guam province, tho excluding the island itself), just katakana versions of existing names

So I guess it would just be: Guam = Omiya Palau = Parao Micronesia = Torakku Marshall Islands = Yaruto
