Compare the locations of the two terminals now. I'm not sure what the plans entail, but I can't help noticing that these are stub-end terminals instead of thru-terminals...which gives me an idea...pic.twitter.com/iIBYePSJiB

Currently, the area outlined in green appears to be under construction--and as it's on Rue de Dunkerque, which fronts Nord, I suspect it's connected to the integration project. But why stop there? Add a concourse on the outer end (in red), maybe a couple more as extra entrances!pic.twitter.com/2alh6z3u1o
Compare to the stub-end Hankyu terminal in Osaka at Umeda Station...outlined here in red, with the terminal end at the tall building, but the station is accessible from *all four sides,* not just from the terminal end.pic.twitter.com/pWmzuV8kfm
"anticipated cost" Hahaha We'll see about that
this isn't America bro, France has (afaik) a decent track record of keeping construction costs within targets
I have a very, very, very difficult time believing this Not calling you a list but I've seen that almost everywhere else Sure America might be the worst for "projected cost vs actual cost" but still see pretty crazy inflation in cost
Jesus, $60m is basically free.
It would be a billion dollars, probably, after being held up by various regulatory hurdles and lawsuits for a couple decades.
America unable to complete any big construction project like that without spending 100 billions $$$. Boston’s Big Dig project cost 40 billions in 10 years, and it collapsed once killed a women migrant. Her husband sued gov got 20 millions. That’s how we roll here!!
