Usually when I commute I just get off the bus as it passes my office, which is the last stop before it reaches the terminal--but when I ride all the way in, my bus uses Berth 9
On my return commute I almost always go to the terminal to meet the bus, due to the way the route is structured (it only passes my office every other trip)
Same data, this time for Holyoke Transportation Center. Berth 1 is for the bus between Northampton and Holyoke, Berth 7 is for the express between Holyoke and Springfield.pic.twitter.com/kihEAOqci0
Monthly total boards for Union Station and HTC are 121,762 and 25,202, respectively. This works out to daily averages of 4,059 and 840--actual weekday averages will be higher tho, bc the monthly total includes Sat/Sun, when most routes have reduced schedules or don't run at all
