The treaty was signed in 1696--I kept playing until 1/1/1700, then called it a night. Those four years mostly involved converting, coring, building, and moving troops for a looming war with Castille (they have the Falklands and South Georgia!! not if I can help it)
Castille has a few scraps of land in Europe, plus colonial land in the Maritimes/Labrador, Brazil, and the aforementioned South Atlantic Islands. Should be a breeze compared to this last one against the Dutch.
The Dutch were allied with, I swear, every other state in the HRE...it was impossible to get the war score very high except by waiting for these other countries to get tired and accept white peaces. Chasing Dutch troops around two continents I've barely explored was...difficult.
The final act (ie, once I'd FINALLY secured the Americas) involved sending the Imperial Navy all the way through the Channel to blockade Holland directly (invading wouldn't be a good idea). That blockade lasted at least two years on its own...
Look at that big beautiful Nippon tag......
Meanwhile in Europe, France is gone for good, Norway only survives in Iceland, and...I have no idea how Bosnia got a hold of Magdeburg

Good luck King, both in conquering valuable trade nodes but also ensuring safe and clean rapid transit throughout Massachusetts
